The pioneer jazz pianist Jelly Roll Morton worked with Oscar Holden in Vancouver and spent time in Seattle. He wrote "Seattle Hunch" as a tribute to his gambling and gamboling in the Pacific Northwest. I will arrange or recompose some of this musical material in my work.
